13th June 2010 Had a lovely stay at "The Angel Inn". We spent 2 nights here, it is a very old building full of charactor, and uneven walls and floors. All the staff are extremely friendly, and go out there way to make you feel welcome, the locals are welcoming too, treating you like a regular. Food is yummy and a good price, a good selection of drinks for all tastes. The room was spacious, plenty of storage, with a hair dryer, kettle and iron. I would not lie, on the night you can hear customs during opening hours, and the traffic outside, but i found it lovely having them noises, and with a lovely bar downstairs, you dont go to bed till closing anyway. It is truely a homely pub, and future plans of a barn shop will really add to the wonderful charm. We are already planning to return on our next trip to Bristol. Thank you staff, it takes a lovely team to make a wonderful pub run so smoothely. See you soon Kerry and Mike xx

Fantastic , wonderful and incredibly welcoming pub. traditional food available. Staff are so friendly, would definately recommend this , especially for functions of all types. Not forgetting the fact that the landlady is totally " HOT" .. i dont know if i should be putting this down, but what the hell!!!! Looking forward to re-booking over and over again. Thankyou very much for a wonderful stay Angel Inn ..
